My husband and I were quite impressed with her on the initial visit as she seemed to have a very streamlined process for success. Unfortunately, this process left us feeling like a number (a low priority one at that) most of the time. There were times that we tried to contact her as she would rarely take the initiative to contact us, when our call was returned, on more than one occasion she could not accurately remember even in what area of town our house was located. Even after explaining my frustration at not hearing from her often enough an effort was still not made to contact us on a more regular basis. Getting a recommendation as to how to navigate price reductions and negotiations with our ultimate buyer was like pulling teeth. Also, when it came to taking a more aggressive approach to marketing our home (i.e. offering an open house) she and her team were reluctant to do so until the absolute last possible minute. Even during the closing process she was difficult to get a hold of and failed to mention that she would be out of town and that another member of her team would be handling our closing process. In the process, she worked diligently and tirelessly in an effort to find the specifications we desired in a new home.
