Victoria was my first realtor and she was working nonstop for me and my boyfriend since day 1. She took the time to get to know us and was constantly giving us updates. In the past year we have had the good fortune of working with Victoria twice, last year she sold us our home and because of how she handled everything for us we reached out to her when it was time to sell my wife's Mother's house. In both cases we couldn't be happier with her work, she was always very responsive to our needs and what was most important to us we never felt the typical pressure to move at the agents pace and not our own. This was very appreciated in both transactions, but particularly in the case of selling my Mother in law's home.
All in all we have nothing but fond memories of working with Victoria, nothing but positive experiences during and after the transactions. So my wife and I would highly recommend using Victoria as your agent.

Victoria has made the arduous task for selling and buying manageable. She saw us not a "deal" but as real people and walked us through every step She answered every question that was texted, emailed, and spoken to in person either right away or was able to get back to us quickly. Victoria kept track of the buyers and their realtors of our old house and sellers and realtor of our new house to make sure everything was in order for closing. We closed on both houses in the same afternoon. Our closing on the old house was at 3:00 p.m. and closing on new house was at 5:00 but we got there early!!! She came to closings, walk-throughs and our home. She sent at no charge to us a "stager" and helped us put our house in "photo ready" condition. When we were ready to put our old house on the market, we able to post pictures right away. She was our advocate and a friend. She also sold and bought a house with our mother. I highly recommend Victoria not only as a realtor but also as a friend. That is where we ended our transaction...not goodbye but see ya later!

Victoria is an amazing realtor! My husband and I were just starting our search for our first home and bumped into Victoria at one of her listings. Victoria listened to and understood everything we were looking for and helped us find our perfect home! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.
