The process of buying my first home was one of the most overwhelming processes made extremely manageable and fun once we met VJ. Not only did he answer every single one of our questions but he literally guided us, through it all, with a smile and sense of humor. He was always available and patient. His knowledge of real estate and everything involved was astonishing. We saw many homes together - until he ultimately found our dream home for us. Great job my brother. Your professionalism and persistence is unmatched in the industry.

Vj found us this great house that we weren't even looking at. He was available to us all times of day and answered any questions I had no matter how silly the question. He looked out for us at inspections and walkthroughs pointing out things that need work. He was great at navigating us through this odd time in the market (covid times).
He was even able to have the sellers agent not show the house anymore(didn't know this was possible), which was tremendous in this market of outbidding. This was a large reason we were able to get the house at reasonable price.

Bottom line: We were happy we worked with him. He is personable, knowledgable, and we recommend him to anyone.
