Vincent is originally from New York and moved to the greater Tampa Bay area 18 years ago. When deciding to relocate it was difficult on deciding what area would be best for them to live in. One that would be his new future permanent residence. He is carefree living in the Tampa Bay area and have found his dream home in a waterfront community that best fit them.
