We just rented a townhome with her company and until now the professionalism is 100%!
1-She answered me at the first time on a Sunday night.
2 - She was there before us to show the place and, we just decided to pay more in this choice just because of her assistance.
3 - We had a problem with the disposer and the ring bell and the answer to solve the problems was very quickly.
After all, just go because she is very very good.

In seeking to rent out my property, hiring Violeta is the best decision I could have made. With my first property management company, my house sat on the market for almost a month, generating barely 1 visit a week. Upon making the decision to replace them with VS Realty, Violeta not only corrected all the mistakes they had made, namely pricing and marketing, but did so in an incredibly timely and effective fashion. She herself staged and photographed the house, making it look stunning, and her marketing prowess immediately generated numerous visits a week. To my surprise and delight, Violeta ultimately found and placed a qualified tenant in just over two weeks. She has handled every possible problem herself, from installing new blinds in my house to confronting an uncooperative postal office on my behalf. Her transparency and communication have been above and beyond expectations. I am confident that there is not a better property management company out there, and am blessed to have found Violeta. Do yourself a favor and call her, you will not regret it!!

I was in the process of relocating from Miami Fl to Jacksonville, and in my search found Violet. She was the only Realtor in the area that I found very warm, caring and very professional. All the other Realtors I dealt with were very impersonal. My rental went very smoothly, the transaction was done through the web and couldn't have been happier. Also, the prompt attention to anything you request is unreal. I'm about to renew my lease with her again, and when I am ready to purchase a property will do it with Violet for sure! Not enough stars for this Realtor.

I’m a Realtor and have been in Real Estate for 20 years. I know a good agent and Violeta is the best of the best.

We have worked with many property managers in Jacksonville through the last 16 years, and Violeta is, by far, the best. We have worked with her managing our properties in Orange Park for the last four years. Let me tell you, you want Violeta on your side! She professionally managed our rentals getting good quality tenants, getting a solid, lawyer reviewed lease in place, and managing our tenants through all the ups and downs of maintenance issues and late rent. We are out of town owners, and she reduced our stress level several fold. She uses great software and we get detailed monthly statements, every month. She is also available by phone or text when you need her.

Violeta also acted as our listing real estate agent, and listed a home of ours back in March, 2020, at the start of the Covid pandemic and again this month on another house. She was able to negotiate through several challenges we had with the contract and inspection items during a daunting time. She was dogged throughout the entire process and got us to the closing table. She definitely earned her commission on that deal! We consider Violeta to be a person friend after all that we have been through. Please give Violeta an opportunity to help with your rental, sale or purchase. You will not be disappointed with her service!

Excellent Property Management!!!! I had to move suddenly out of State and rent my property immediately and VSREALTY had my property rented within a week and has taken care of everything ever since from setting up the yearly Termite Inspection appointment, ensuring tenants are replacing the A/C filter, to checking on a regular basis that the upkeep of both the outside and inside of the residence is kept up, but mostly VSREALTY has kept me informed continuously and ensured rent is received and payment is sent to me on a timely basis and I just cannot say enough how professional VRREALTYU is and the exceptional service they provide. I am retired from the U.S. Army and have experienced numerous property managers and I know what is expected and how a property manager should take care of your property and VSREALTY is by far deserving of the highest rating - I give them 5 Stars!!!!

From A-Z - property maintenance, setting the right rent, budget alignment, easily search and online care, finding the right tenants, promoting your properties, showing your home/s, research prices, etc. etc. etc - the list is long and they cover all corners in the most timely and effective manner to make you happy.
