The initial reason was her friendly and respectful manner and as we got to know Vischa we found her to be very knowledgeable about real estate and all the procedures that go with it. She suggested resources such as a landscaper, a staging consultant, and others that would improve the appearance of the home and so make the home more marketable. We were never under pressure to do any of these things and she was very respectful that it was our decision. We followed her instructions and were really pleased with the new appearance of the home. Thoughout the process she was very professional, honest, yet assisted us in ways that went beyond selling our home. She continued to market the home and hold open houses, even when the sellers market seemed to be in less demand. Her diligent efforts resuted in a successful sale. Vischa is very knowledgeable about the housing market and made the process very easy for me. I could trust that she would take care of everything that needed to happen. Even the little things of e-mailing me electronic copies of everything so that I didn't have to carry around and file paper copies. I was never left wondering what was going on. First time Vischa took us looking at houses, she explained clearly about each house in detail. What is the advantage of the area, which house is good for living, which house is good for investment / rental, and which one should be avoided. During that visit ( as I come from Bay Area ), I like 1 of the houses, and Vischa highly recommended that house since she also living in the same neighborhood and know the area including the pricing very well, and convinced us to get it. As I already made decision, we went back straight to her office to make an offer and filled out all the paper work. She suggested which pricing I should offer, and continue help during bidding and completed all the steps to complete the deal. The thing I like best, during all these process Vischa never put pressure on me to make hasty decision. The process was long and had many, many steps. Ms Vischa Savitri was our second Real Estate agent, and as soon as she was on board activities took off at a fast pace with different ads, more open houses, etc. Vischa was very professional in appearance, speech and action. She was knowledgeable about real estate subjects, and the few times that she didn't have an immeadiate answer to a question, she got the answer quickly. She was always vibrant and upbeat and just made everyone feel better through her presence. She was hard-working and agressive, seeming to work 16 hours/day, 7 days a week. The very best thing, however, is when, after a couple of weeks, I realized that she was working for us and not just working to make a sale!! We had been making multiple long drives from the Bay Area looking for affordable homes in the Rancho Cordova and each visit Vischa was able to show us at least 8-10 homes during each day trip within our price range. She alerted us to the home we ended up buying was available and desirable and although we couldn't make the drive down to look at the place we trusted Vischa so much that we put in a bid based on her description. She was upfront and honest about what were the pros and cons of this house and because it was a short sale, supported us through our emotional ups and downs, while continued to show us houses. She fought hard for us with the seller's side and was able to convince them to accept our bid. We now have a new home with a yard for our rambunctious 2-year and we could not have done it without Vischa.
