My family and I can not thank Vivian Zegarra enough for her role in selling my mothers home of 50+ years.

From the first day we met Vivian she was professional, kind and compassionate. This was an emotional sale and she was extremely sensitive and giving of her time. Vivian was able to coordinate all of the many tasks that were required to get the home ready for open house weekend. Her contacts were also quality and reliable. This made a tedious and timely process extremely easy for our family.

Her experience and advice at closing were extremely comforting and we knew Vivian did her very best to represent my mother and her estate. Vivian listened to everyone involved and did exactly what we asked while gently guiding us with proficiency.

It is rare that you can find a real estate professional that is competent, efficient and extremely hard working yet has the warm and compassionate qualities needed to coordinate such a sentimental transaction.

There was not one situation throughout the entire process of selling my mothers home that Vivian disappointed. My family can not recommend Vivian Zegarra enough.

Vivian Zegara is the best real estate agent i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and i have dealt with many over the last 40 yrs. She is all the things i checked above and more. She went the extra mile in making sure the property sold quickly and for the best price.

I reached out to her for a friend of mine who is 87 yes old and wanted to sell her home but did not speak much English and was very limited in what she could do due to her age.

Vivian zegara is bi-lingual. Perfect English and Spanish. She was friendly and caring, like speaking to a friend. She was hired! From that moment on she worked very hard on her plan to sell the property. The plan was very well organized and executed. Her timing was impeccable. Following her advice on preparing the property for sale resulted in the house seeking in one day! Four offers the first day she had an open house. Now only did it sell the first day but she found us a cash offer!

I cannot thank her enough for her fantastic business savvy, her availability snd dedication to her work for us. She definetly went above and beyond to help my 87 yr old friend realuze her dream of selling her home she had been in for over 25 yrs with all that entails, emptying the house and repairing and packing advertising etc. Then selling the home so quickly my friend was able to return to her home land of Chile to be near her family in her twilight years.

We cannot thank Vivian Zegara enough not only for selling my friends home but also for her genuine caring and kindness during the process. We will never forget you. It was a pleasure doing business with you. You truly were just the miracle we needed to be able to carry out the dream! So the end of the story is my friend is reunited with her daughter in Chile and so happy because she never thought she would be able to make it happen. But thanks to Vivian it did!
