Awards: Five Star Professional; 2011-2019. The final list of Orange County Five Star Real Estate Agents is a select group, representing less than 2% of real estate agents in the area. Every year, Orange Coast Magazine conducts a survey of 18,800 homeowners and 250 mortgage and title companies throughout Orange County, California. Those who participated in the research provided the name of a real estate agent and rated that individual according to criteria such as integrity, communication and customer service. The survey data was collected and scored, resulting in the list of Orange County Five Star Agents. In 2014, Wade was inducted into the Global Directory of "Who's Who in Real Estate Top Professionals."

We happened to pick up a phone call from Wade on day after trying to sell our house with another agent for over four-and-a-half months with no offers or even a showing. He spoke to me and told me he could get our house sold in 30 days. I was hesitant to believe him, but I thought it was worth a meeting to see what he could do for us. After meeting with him, seeing how professional he is, all of his marketing ideas and what he would do to go above and beyond to sell our house, we felt let’s give this a try and just see what happens. My husband and I didn’t really think it would sell and then just two days later he gave us a call and had not one, but two parties that wanted to see our house and they both ended up putting in offers and we sold our house in just three days after meeting Wade. We could not be more pleased by his professional attitude and positive outlook and seeing how quickly he got things done for us as well as negotiating everything we wanted and it felt right; he did it all for us!!
