Walfrido was the real state agent who accompanied me along the way of buying my first home, as well as my parents'. This is the third property our family buys with him and i have nothing but met expectations for him and his team. He is always available, ready for any bumps on the road, at full tilt with every offer and mostly caring about our needs. Im more than pleased with his work and thankful for all the patience he showed to make me secure and ease such a stressful process.

I have so much to write about Walfrido that I am not sure where to start... I did not know Walfrido before my home purchase attempt and I am so glad I do now, he made the transaction so smooth for us. My husband and I had previously tried to purchase a home back in 2019 but we were unsuccessful; we used a realtor who allowed us to fall in love for a house that we were not able to buy and after wasting time and money dealing with appraisals, inspections and accountant paperwork the deal just ended up falling through. This time I wanted to make sure that didn't happen again, I was very sceptical and worried but Walfrido made me feel at ease since our very first conversation. He walked me through the whole process, assisting us obtaining a DU with the help of his team and when the time was right we began seeing the properties. He sent me daily emails with potencial homes, had constant communication over the phone and text messages. We saw lots of houses, he was extremely patient with us and available at all times. It was very difficult to get a contract but he finally managed to do it; he was on top of the game, contacting each realtor, following up with us and advising us how to better our offers while always respecting our opinions and points of view. The whole process wasn't easy, our appraisal came lower than we expected and he had a hard time dealing with the buyer who was an awful human being to say the least but at the end of the day he closed a deal that was beneficial for both parties. We completed our transaction satisfactorily and are now enjoying a beautiful house that we get to call home. I will forever be in debt with Walfrido and his team for all their hard work. We highly recommend them if you are trying to buy a home in the tough market we are living in today; they will not let you down.

Amazing agent. Walfrido was amazing working with us. I think one of the most important values for a realtor is to be patient with their customers. He provides great advice and he knows his business very well but that patience and good manners are gold!!! We saw many houses. We negotiated on several of them. But even having severals offers approved we refused some and decided to get a better place, he is really fast and he knows his job. Supported by Othoniel Gomez, all the financing, inspections, everything was done in really record times even during Covid-19 era. I have very good opinion of their service and we got an amazing interest rate for a very nice property. I can recommend Walfrido Lugo as an incredible realtor!
