I can't tell you how impressed I've been working with Wally. In 2016 I had major water damage to my house and had to live in an apartment for three months. We chose to live in West Broad Village. While there I became intrigued with living in West Broad Village and over the next two years Wally must have shown over 30 houses to me and my wife. I felt guilty making him work so hard but he never acted as if I were an inconvenience in any way. Since then I have bought and sold three homes with Wally. You can't go wrong with Wally in my opinion.

Wally is the best around! From selling my townhouse to closing on my new house he was with me every step of the way. No matter the question or time of day he responded immediately. His knowledge and experience is invaluable in buying and selling. In addition he has a team to handle who also was as responsive and easy to work with. I have sold and bought several times in the past and wished he had been my realtor.
