Wassim is a very nice person, and a great realtor! He’s very patient, he explained the pros and cons of the house very thoroughly, told us when he thought it was a good time vs when it wasn’t. He helped us bring down the price, which I’m not really sure what he did, especially with everything that’s going on right now! You can just tell he’s very experienced. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience I had with him!

Wassim sold our home in 2 days.
Pictures of our property are great.
He was professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. Even he made the process easy and his level of expertise and customer service was absolutely refreshing during these challenging times with COVID-19.
Also the selling of my new property was not an easy one and it was quite emotional, but Wassim listen to my wishes and concerns and exuded such empathy in walking me through the process from start to finish.
I will definitely consider him for my future real estate needs.
