About Wayne

Wayne is known and trusted by many people in the community after a partnership with his wife, Sylvia, that has spanned three decades and involved two careers. They founded their real estate business in 1997 after a decade of success in broadcasting, where they teamed up to produce and host several TV news programs. Wayne's dedication to his clients has resulted in tremendous loyalty, and he is ranked in the top 1% of the international Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network for sales. He has also been named Best Realtor by the Colorado Springs Independent.

Wayne grew up in the Bay area, was active in 4H, and learned to ski during family vacations at Lake Tahoe. He has a BA in communications from San Diego State, leaving California after college to take a news anchor job in Grand Junction, CO. He was not only near four ski resorts, it's where he met Sylvia. Needless to say, he decided to make Colorado home.

Family time is a priority for Wayne and Sylvia, who have two grown daughters. Wayne gets outdoors as often as possible, often on his bike. He also enjoys swimming and golf. He uses his experience in career development at the world-renowned Center for Creative Leadership as an executive trainer with top business, military and political leaders.
