Wayne Kohl

Wayne has been in real estate since 1996 and has lived in Northern Colorado for over 25 years. He has degrees in Business management and Finance and various designation’s including the following; CRS, ABR CNE, SRS, SFR, CNE. Wayne enjoys working with Buyers, sellers, acreages, and investors. He currently has memberships with: NAR ( National association of realtors), CAR( Colorado association of realtors), GARA ( Greeley association realtor association). In his extra time, Wayne enjoys camping, fishing, golf, and spending time with family and friends Wayne's goal is to provide the best service and experience for each one of his clients with the highest degree honesty and integrity. This practice has paid dividends to him for years with most of his business coming from repeat clients and personal referrals.
