Wei Min Tan, founder of the Castle Avenue Team at R New York, is a Manhattan condominium buyer's broker often interviewed by top media such as CNN, New York Times, CNBC, Wall Street Journal and NBC.

In a testament to negotiation savvy, The New York Times opened with Wei Min's deal in the cover story Developers Cease Condo Incentives. A foreign buyer expert, Wei Min was interviewed by CNN in Foreigners Scooping Up U.S. Homes. He was on CNBC, NBC's Open House TV show and was the Manhattan property columnist for TheStreet.com.

Prior to real estate, Wei Min was a banker at Citigroup responsible for a $500 million portfolio. He is an Associate Real Estate Broker, member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

He is a fitness enthusiast, student of muay thai kickboxing, plays the piano and has a black belt in Taekwondo. His most recent fitness achievement is doing 410 burpees (jumping jack into a pushup) in 29 mins, 30 seconds.
