Wendy Griessen

To understand Austin’s future, you have to know its past. As a native Austinite, Wendy has witnessed the dramatic and exciting evolution of Austin’s economic opportunity and possibilities. This rich history and insight has fine-tuned Wendy’s instinctual real estate drive and enabled hundreds of successful transactions.

Wendy loves Real Estate and the relationships that go hand in hand with doing business. She approaches each transaction as a personal project which she manages carefully and creatively to the end. She began her Real Estate career in 1988 and became a quick success representing young professionals and high-level executives, buying and selling homes. Through the years, she has grown with her clients and appreciates consistent repeat business and referrals. She welcomes a high level of expectations from her clients and works to make sure expectations are met and exceeded. Each client and every transaction are unique and deserve representation which reflects that.

Over the years, Wendy has been involved in many philanthropic endeavors, at all levels. Currently devoted to her family and busy Real Estate Career, time is at a premium which keeps her serving close to home. Past and present, Wendy has committed time and resources to Meals on Wheels, Caritas, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Cancer Society, Susan B Komen, Paramount Theater, Zach Scott, The Trail Foundation, and more. She currently serves as Historian on the Austin High School PTSA Board.
