We had the good fortune to use Wendy Conder of Windemere Realty when helping our elderly mother sell her home of 38 years. Wendy offered suggestions as to how to improve the property prior to the sale at minimal cost; as well as providing suggestions for whole house and carpet cleaning. The sales process was condensed to just a few days of showing, resulting in several offers over asking. She suggested that we accept the one fewest contingencies, which we did. The entire process from first meeting with Wendy to closing five weeks later went without a hitch. Thanks again Wendy!

Wendy is the Best Realtor Ever! I always Refer her and always will! When we call, she calls back. She helped us get our house ready. She gave us suggestions, helped with contractors, painters, picking out paint colors, carpet etc. Wendy guided us through the whole process without a blip. She listed our Property and Sold it within 2 days and she closed the Property within 25 days. We thought it would take longer. Wendy negotiated Top Dollar and also negotiated the Inspection process so both parties were happy. We could not be any happier and more Grateful that she was our Realtor and looked out for our best interests. I would use her a Million Times Over!
