Wendy Loftis

Her roots are in central North Carolina, was reared and educated in Guilford County, and worked not only in Guilford County, but also in Alamance and Rockingham counties. Wendy holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which enables her to develop empathy with her clients! Most of Wendy’s work experience has been centered around sales. Wendy ran a hugely successful Tupperware business before entering the world of real estate.

For several years before getting her real estate license, Wendy was Sales Liaison for Mega Builders, LLC, reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Wendy was directly responsible for all customer service needs, ensuring that homes were built to customer specifications. She had heavy interaction with the project managers to make sure the homes were finished on time to meet closing deadlines. Wendy was also responsible for conducting customer “final walks”, to make sure that customers were completely satisfied with the completion of their home, and to train them in proper use of interior components. In addition, Wendy interfaced with closing attorneys, lenders, and mass media representatives.

Now a licensed real estate agent, working with buyers and sellers, Wendy provides excellent customer service! Wendy lives in Guilford County with her husband Ricky, children Hannah and Noah, beagle Rowdy and goldfish Lucky. She enjoys reading, riding roller coasters, snow skiing and snorkeling in the Caribbean with her family.
