Wendy Petersen

Wendy Petersen has called the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta her home for over 25 years, and real estate has been her passion for as long.
Wendy was an associate with full-service commercial real estate firm Carter for more than 10 years before moving to one of Atlanta’s top residential real estate companies where she earned Senior Marketing Consultant and Accredited Relocation Specialist designations. Achieving Life Member status of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club validated Wendy’s move to residential real estate.
Wendy offers clients her extensive knowledge of negotiation, construction, and remodeling. She lends professionalism and experience to a range of clients: first-time homebuyers, families looking to expand, and empty nesters who want to “right-size” their homes. Wendy also has expertise to identify and negotiate second homes ranging from lake cottages to beach estates.
Wendy is proud of her family. Son Billy is a graduate of The Lovett School, the University of Georgia, and the Goizueta Business School at Emory. Husband Pete is a principal in a commercial real estate group owning and managing 10,000 units.
