Ivy and Anna did a great job helping me sell my home in just 5 days after the open house. They provided competitive analysis on my home and came up with an excellent listed price. They are really responsive to answer all the questions I had regarding my home. I got status updates constantly before and after the home sales. The coordination with the contractors related to the home sales was seamlessly smooth. I would definitely like to work with them in the future when I buy or sell my home.

Ivy helped me purchase my house within one month and my offer was accepted though it was not the highest one the seller received. She is very professional, patient, hard working and cares about her client.

As a first time buyer, I have a lot of questions and she is always available when I need to communicate with her. During the whole process, she has been transparent and honest to talk about the houses' drawbacks and strengths, as well as the reasonable price she thought that fits. There was no push and pressure on me at all, instead, she provided her advise as reference, and let me think carefully on the ones I would like to make an offer and decide what is the move I want to make.

Ivy was recommended by one of my friends that bought the house from her. I would also recommend Ivy to my friends who have the needs of purchasing a house!

When we started to look around the house by 2018, our first agent not understand our requirement well, after several months, we switch to Ivy based on friends recommendation. The first meet is smooth and Ivy immediately get what's our thought, and provide so many professional experience, analysis the current house marketing, and help us make more clear strategy. We were planning to buy a house in Silicon Valley after 2 months when we arrived here and we didn't know much about the housing market at that time. Ivy was the second the agent we chose because the first agent is kind of like leaving us alone and responded very slow, luckly we switched to choose Ivy quickly.
