Ivy (Wenjing) helped us buy our first home. When we first expressed interest in buying a home, she explained the process to us very patiently, speaking with us in her office for 2 hours. We got a good sense of what locations and types of homes would likely suit both our goals and budget.

Then, we were home hunting for a while, just exploring different areas and seeing where to buy. When we were interested in a home, Ivy would get the disclosures for us and let us know if there was anything in particular we should notice or pay attention to. She wasn't pushy, or trying to get us to buy something fast. There were a couple cases where we liked the home, but there were things about the home that weren't ideal that we didn't realize, and Ivy pointed them out. For example, the home is actually over an airline route so there's big planes flying overhead all the time, or the home is too near a noisy street.

Ivy was respectful of our budget and didn't try to get us to buy something more expensive than what we were comfortable with. I feel like Ivy really tried to help us buy something we'd be satisfied with, both in terms of quality and price, rather than rushing the process or trying to get the maximum commission. She is a very honest real estate agent.

In the end, we found several homes that met our criteria and put in an offer on one of them. We didn't give the highest offer, but Ivy was able to convince the sellers that accepting our slightly lower offer would be in their interest because we are reliable and solid buyers who will close the deal. And close it we did. Thanks Ivy!

Ivy has been our agent since 2006. This is the 3rd and 4th time she helped us to bid a house and also sold the previous one, the whole sale process worked seamleslly and during this period, we also went back to China for summer vocation and she helped us to handle lots of thing related to house purchase as well as remodeling with new one, can you expect more from a realtor? yes, she can help with more!

The most important thing is that Ivy is always a trustful, honest and objective agent, who won't push you to bid the house with a very high price to get it, while she helps to read the disclosure and tells us about the pros and cons of open houses and let us decide the reasonable price we would like to offer, no pressure at all.

Don't get cheated by so called "top xxx" agent in Bay Area, such thing like that, just find Ivy Zhang, who can help you all you need about purchasing or selling!

Ivy helped me purchase my house within one month and my offer was accepted though it was not the highest one the seller received. She is very professional, patient, hard working and cares about her client.

As a first time buyer, I have a lot of questions and she is always available when I need to communicate with her. During the whole process, she has been transparent and honest to talk about the houses' drawbacks and strengths, as well as the reasonable price she thought that fits. There was no push and pressure on me at all, instead, she provided her advise as reference, and let me think carefully on the ones I would like to make an offer and decide what is the move I want to make.
