I find myself very fortunate to have found Wes Modlin. As my Realtor, he helped me find the PERFECT house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient, kind, caring and above all, listening to my wish list. He was always there to help me through the process no matter how many times I call, texted or emailed. Honestly, I feel like he was what I need to make such a big step.

In short, he was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Wes was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal.

I feel that I was the lucky one to have found not only a real estate agent but a life long friend. You could never go wrong by allowing Wes to provide guidance and support during your selling or buying process.

After being referred by a close friend of mine to Wes, he has always been my go-to guy when it involves Real Estate. Wes has always been very personable and easy for me and my wife to work with. He is very knowledgeable and his Real Estate advice has always been top notch sound advice that has always put us in a much better position than we would have been in without his help. It’s very evident that Wes takes great pride in his Real Estate business and always puts his clients interests first. We love that about him!

I have known Wes for 12 years and have had nothing but positive experiences in every transaction thus far. Besides his vast knowledge and experience in the Real Estate world, his level of attentiveness and customer service are second to none!
