Wes Warren

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Wes graduated from Bethel University with a business degree and quickly discovered his passion for real estate. Since beginning his career in 2015, he has achieved nearly $100 million in sales volume, $82+ million of that since 2016. Possessing exceptional customer service, Wes offers in-depth knowledge and understanding of South Walton’s unique neighborhoods and communities. He collaborates closely with his clients and supplies regular communication ensuring each transaction is as seamless as possible. As a former three-time All-Conference baseball player in college, it’s no surprise Wes’s competitive nature makes him a natural negotiator and well-known for going above and beyond what is expected.

Before real estate, Wes was the team leader of a sales and vacation rental company. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and the outdoors including fishing, hunting, camping and traveling.
