Wesley R Vawter

For over three decades, Wes Vawter has raised the bar as an icon in the Atlanta real estate community. Wes studied business at the University of Memphis; however, it was his great appreciation for architecture and his acumen for sales that led him to begin his highly successful real estate career. Wes initiated the establishment of The Vawter Group (VawterVision.com), a results-oriented team, which has achieved over $2 billion in collective sales to date. In 2007, Wes became a Founding Partner of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. Wes is known for his engaging personality and his exceptional knowledge in all aspects of real estate, which has led to him being named an Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer for thirty-five consecutive years. He also has extensive experience working with both developers and builders in new construction.

In addition to real estate, Wes has excelled as a leader in the community. He has served on boards for the High Museum of Art, The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, The Institute of Architecture and Art (ICAA), the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and is the past president of the Greater Atlanta SAE Alumni Association. The Vawter family are active members of the Cathedral of St. Philip and Capital City Club. Aside from his love of architecture and real estate, Wes is an adoring grandfather of two precious girls. When time allows, he and his wife, Terry, enjoy relaxing with friends and pets at their home in Highlands, N.C. Wes is also affiliated with Highlands Sotheby's International Realty.
