Before moving to Boise, Will helped clients buy and sell houses in Seattle for almost ten years. He grew up in Boise's North end and has been practicing real estate here since 2007. He specializes in the older north and east end neighborhoods and homes in the foothills. He has experience orchestrating the fixing up of older homes to make them as safe, comfortable, and energy efficient as modern homes without losing their charm. His strengths are in communicating and negotiating, but more importantly he strives to identify long term value and provide advice that will lead to wealth creation, as well as the comfort of owning a home you love.

Will’s goal is to make sure his clients get the best access to the housing marketplace possible, and the best access to the information needed to make intelligent financial decisions. As an agent he spends his energy providing education to his clients about the market and the process, makes himself available so that opportunities are not missed and rely on his experience in marketing and negotiating to make sure his clients’ needs are fully met.

Community Involvement
In 2000 Will started the CoHo Team of Windermere Agents. The idea was simple, tie his own success in real estate to fundraising for non-profit agencies doing work in housing and community development. To do this, he commits to donating one third of his commission checks. To date he has donated over $330,000 to organizations primarily in Seattle but looks forward to expanding his support of the non-profit community in Boise. The CoHo Team has four full-time members in Seattle as well as himself here in Boise.
