Will Kochenour III

Will is the Florida licensed Real Estate Broker for Santek Management, LLC since 2016 and was first licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2006. Prior to becoming the Broker for Santek Management Will was an Estimator with Kokolakis Contracting since 2011. Will earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in Construction Management and Graduate degree from the University of Florida in Building Construction with a Sustainability Concentration and Minor in Real Estate. Will is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. Through his extensive experience in Real Estate sales and management, he compiles all market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, and rent/sales comparables in target markets. He manages all due diligence, property inspections, and serves as Santek’s Owner Representative on our construction projects. Will works with existing and prospective clients to negotiate and conclude sale and lease transactions. He performs a thorough analysis and develops market driven rental rates that balance return with occupancy.
