For my first time purchasing a home, I would like to rate it 5 out of 5 stars giving a triple A+ rating. Being nervous and confused to start off, my realtor William, worked with me throughout the whole process from beginning to end, walking me step by step, making the home buying experience less complicated. He reviewed my credit report and came up with a plan for me to help raise my credit score while finding me the perfect house maximizing my buying power and getting the most bang, or in this case house, for my buck searching above and beyond for the lowest rate for a home loan. Whether a first time home buyer or looking for an investment home, William is the type of real estate agent you want in your corner that has your back looking out for you and your best interest. His priority is always about the client and not the lender or builder.
