My husband Richard and I made the biggest and most painful decision to sell our Connecticut home of 39 years, leaving my son and 5 grandkids behind, to relocate to our home in Florida which we purchased 8 years ago planning for our retirement. That sale happened very quickly and within 2 months we arrived in Florida.

Once there, we considered selling our Florida home while the market was still good as my husband wanted more land and a pool. I mentioned this to our previous agent and he highly recommended contacting Billy Grim with ReMax Assured.

We met with Billy and found him to be personable, honest and very confident that he could find us a new home and sell our current home. In time, we found Billy to be our best ally and a great resource. He was very passionate and had our best interest at heart. A professional photographer was hired and our listing went live a few days later.

I must say we weren't always the easiest clients, as my husband was very specific about what he wanted and I had my own checklist, which differed. That said, Billy was always willing to show us as many houses as it took until we found THE ONE!!

Thank you Billy and Team for all your time, hard work and patience. You accomplished selling our current home and purchasing a new home, closing within a week on both. This was a great relief on the timing so that we would not have to carry two mortgages. I definitely highly recommend Billy Grim 100%.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Billy. We enlisted his services to help our son find a home. It was a trying market with multiple offers on every home we put a bid on. Billy had our back all the way. He was extremely responsive and dropped everything he was doing when we called. I began to feel bad for taking up so much of his time but he always told me "Nonsense, I am here for you guys. We will find you the right house, not just a house." He did. My son is so happy with his new home. A big shout out to Di and Tommy too. They were also wonderful, understanding and so helpful. I will always recommend Billy and his team. They were that good.
