We knew he had worked with our very good friends and they spoke highly of him so when I came across a property I wanted to look at, I reached out to Bill and just like magic, he scheduled an almost immediate showing for us. He handled my offer, sale and closing while aggressively representing my interests in a competitive market. Everything was handled seamlessly, transparently, and in the timeliest manner possible. I will refer all my family and friends to Bill when they are buying or selling a home. Not only did he make our selling process a breeze, he's also an all around good guy. In 2020 we tried selling our house with a different realtor. This turned into an absolute nightmare and resulted in our house not selling. The second time around we went will Bill and we couldn't be happier! He kept us updated, was honest, and got things done in a timely manner. Our story starts in 2020,10months of nightmare sales tactics, cost after cost, moving out, living in 3 different places, we delisted and moved back in. "BULL" was around every corner! Everyone involved seemed to be Full of it! We spent a year recovering from our failed home sale. In 2022 we found Bill and his "NO bull" moto. From the very first conversation, to this very day, we are grateful to the moon for his loyalty and his incredible talent in his business. We started working with Bill on an Estate Sale in December of 2021. We gave him our timeline for when we were hoping to get the house on the market and everything that we were wanting to complete to get the house ready to sell. He would check in with us 1-2 times a month to see how our progress was coming along. If we had any issues that we came across we could just call or text him our question. He's very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the real estate market. I felt like he became part of our family during the whole process. Once we got the house of the market, it was very comforting to know he checked on the house after every showing, especially since we didn't live very close to the property. When it came to accepting offers and counter offering his NO BS motto came through for us more than once. He truly was on our side and made selling the house a much easier process during a long drawn out grieving ordeal. Bill is hands down the best.

Starting with the only realtor that answered his phone when I saw a house of interest and ending with settling me into a fabulous place, Bill earned my greatest respect. Bill helped me find an out of state realtor to sell my townhouse and stuck with me through that painful process, many times being much more helpful than the out of state realtor. Bill was well informed, accurate, efficient, driven, polite , honest, and helpful when we were shopping for a new house and looking to sell our old house. He kept us informed in a very timely manner and was just as driven to sell our old house, as he was to help us see houses that were available in the market. Our old house was a fixer upper, and though his commission would be small he treated us with respect and worked just hard to sell that house as he did to find us a new house in our price range. I cannot recommend highly enough and would use him again for any real estate needs. I would recommend him to any friends and family if they were in need of a real estate agent.

We’ve been planning our big move of selling our house and getting something bigger for over two years with Bill now. We decided a while ago that we would instead move to another state. That being said it didn’t matter what we wanted to do, Bill was on top of it. His help has been so incredibly immeasurable I don’t know what what we would have done without him. My husband and I decided in January that we would start house hunting ( what we didn't realize at that time what a journey it would be) I reached out to a friend for realtor, she recommended Bill. We met with Bill in February, and the first thing I said to him, I want honesty and no BS, I don't have to buy a house, I want to buy a house and therefore I don't need gimmicks and bs threw the buying of a house. Away we went, house after house, offer after offer ( 9 of them) Rejected offers, were the worst, and I would call Bill slightly ready to call it quits and just felt so defeated. He would say, there is a house out there for you and was always so reassuring yet honest about this market. FINALLY, we put in our last offer in before I was going to pull the plug of buying a house, when a quaint little house popped up on the market on a Friday, I called Bill, he said can you be there in a hour, sure can. Went and looked at the house, put a offer in Saturday, Sunday Bill, calls and he would call with rejections so I thought here we go, I picked up the call and I hear Bill say, We did it. We got the house!!. I did not know how to respond, I just kept asking are you sure??!!! I have never been so relieved and finally having a win with the house hunting. We are now 2 weeks into OUR house and I cannot be more thankful and happy. All because Bill, would keep me grounded and no BS, about this journey. It was not a fun one, but I am so happy that Bill was part of this journey. Sounding board, talk me off the ledge, no BS gimmicks and most of all SO honest for a realtor :) I am forever grateful and thankful. Bill is the BEST. He is now our neighbor (sorta) and our friend. When my wife and I decided it was time to buy and sell we made the decision to use Bill as our realtor. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We found an amazing house and sold use for more than asking. During the process Bill was super responsive and I always felt like if we needed anything he was there. He was helpful with reminders, suggestions, and super proactive in not only marketing our house, but hunting for our new home.

His approach during the process was awesome. Perfect combination of straight forward honesty, strategy, and humor. He also works with an amazing team that made the financial, and title process super easy. It made the entire process enjoyable.

We found the house of our dreams, Billy made the offer, the seller took it off the market. We were devastated. Billy worked tirelessly to see if we could buy the house. You see, this was a really special house that we wanted to call home. Through Billy’s relentless persistence, we got the house.
