William Mariani

William Mariani was born and raised in Mammoth Lakes, just three hours south of Reno. While growing up, Reno was the big city for him, so when the time came for college The University of Nevada, Reno was the obvious choice. It was close to everything he loved: mountains, alpine lakes, and his extended family who were scattered from the Nevada high desert to the East Bay.

Over the years William has been able to watch Reno mature from a gaming, mining, and farming community to a multi-faceted, economically diverse center for distribution, manufacturing warehousing, and tech development. With these opportunities, an increased demand has been put upon the Northern Nevada housing market. William specializes in finding solutions that will meet his clients’ needs.

In his off time William is an avid outdoorsman and can often be found skiing the same mountains in the winter that he hikes during the summer. William has been fortunate enough to work with many charitable organizations over the years, including one which has helped thousands of children receive new bicycles.
