William Reilly

He has been a full-time licensed Realtor since he graduated from Ohio State University in March of 1982. He was married in March of 1981 to Sherri (Kilbane). They moved from an apartment in Westlake to their first home in Bay Village in 1985. He has lived and worked in Bay Village for almost 30 years. All four of their daughters live in town and three are married...they now have three grandchildren. His office is five minutes from his house. He goes home for lunch almost every day. While he has conducted business all over Cleveland, he focuses his attention on Bay Village, Westlake, Rocky River, North Olmsted, Olmsted Falls and Olmsted Township, Strongsville, Brecksville, Avon, Avon Lake, and North Ridgeville. His sales volume over the past 10 years has been between ten and sixteen million dollars. He averages about 50 transactions per year and has an average transaction value of about $325,000. His approach to his business has evolved and expanded over the years and so, in May of 2011, his daughter Jesse joined him in the real estate business as his licensed assistant. Working together out of their Bay Village office, they plan to continue to grow their business for years to come. He does not participate in any profit-sharing arrangements with either banks or title companies. His loyalties to these businesses are based on performance and results not supplemental income to him.
