William Tabler has always been passionate about being a real estate consultant since working on Wall Street for a hedge fund and private equity firm. As an economist, market analyst and portfolio manager, he possesses solid skills in global investing, research and consulting that benefit his real estate clients.

His deep knowledge, strategic approach and keen eye for market opportunities make William an asset when the time comes to buy or sell a home or investment property. He analyzes data to better understand the New York City real estate market and its interactions with the local, national, and global economies. William offers his clients a steady hand on the process and a full range of services and resources that include top attorneys, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, interior designers, architects, and other contractors. If a client wants to invest, William can secure the best properties out there and do the pro-forma. If they want to find their dream home, William will get the one that’s got all the boxes checked. William holds a M.S in Real Estate degree from Johns Hopkins University and B.S in Economics from the New York State University. He represented Johns Hopkins University and won the First Prize in the International Real Estate Competition in Berlin, Germany. His extensive international background in the USA, Asia and Europe affords him a strong understanding of diverse cultural and business practices. William is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. William also believes in giving back to the community and joining all kinds of social events.
