Williams Yee

Will is an exemplary Bay Area native. He was born and raised in Oakland, which he continues to call home. After graduating from high school, he ventured off 2 hours away from the Bay to the University of California, Davis, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Sociology with a Business emphasis and a minor in Education. His degree thus sharpened his people skills and business edge, which he applies to his day-to-day responsibilities as a Realtor and Property Manager.

With a genuine passion for housing, Will began his career in Real Estate as a property manager in Berkeley before obtaining his real estate license. As such, Will is well-versed in both property sales and rentals. He covers residential and commercial real estate in the entire Bay Area, with a particular niche for the East Bay. He helps investors make savvy purchases for investments that can yield valuable returns, especially in the rental market. He enjoys the rewarding process of helping people find a home, which involves comprehensive research and lots of patience. Closing the deal and seeing his clients smile as he hands them the key to their new home after all the paperwork and research is a gratifying and joyful experience for him. He prides himself on being customer service oriented, and practices due diligence by overseeing all aspects of a transaction to make sure the transaction is smooth: making sure deadlines are met, completing checklists, and going the extra mile by offering courtesy services. When Will isn’t working, you can find hitting the gym, hiking, attending concerts, or traveling the world.
