It was an absolute pleasure working with Wilnette! Ms. Wiley is a true professional. She has a lot of experience in multiple areas of the real estate industry. This type knowledge goes a long way. I was able to purchase the perfect condo, exactly what I was looking for, in one of the most difficult real estate markets we have ever seen. This is why you should work with Ms. Wiley. It was a fast moving process and it could have been stressful but Wilnette made the process smooth and enjoyable. She worked very hard to make sure of this. You need someone that is going to listen to you and guide you; she is great at both. Also, she enjoys what she does and that helps a lot because we had fun the entire time! She has a kind heart and great personality. I have experience in NYC real estate market and I truly believe she is one if the best in the business. I relocated and she was even able to help me buy my home while living out of state! She went above and beyond to be able to make this happen by visiting properties for me and virtually at times and I appreciate her very much for it. I have met my share of Realtors, business personnel, and experts in various fields. People that are immensely knowledgeable and masters of their craft. Professionals that love what they do and are driven by more than just a sale.

What makes a person truly remarkable at what they do is when they not only know what they are doing, they are wise and sincere as well. Wilnette is one of the very few people that I have met that encompasses all of these qualities.

Wilnette is very reliable and could be reached at anytime when I had questions about anything. She was always proactive in helping me find options, getting information and following up. I was completely confident with Wilenette as my realtor. Overall great communication through out the whole process.
