Wilson is a graduate of the American Intercontinental University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He retired from the US military and worked as a defense contractor leading a geospatial analytical team providing direct analytical support to the US military.
Wilson’s background instilled in him strong ethical values, a service-oriented vision and a can-do attitude which he brings to the real estate profession to provide the highest quality service. The real estate industry is complex and requires in-depth understanding of market conditions, target area and the needs of each individual client to effectively serve them better.
Having the knowledge and education to empower his clients to make the right decision is paramount, and after earning his real estate and broker licenses; Wilson has obtained the following designations and certifications: Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. Furthermore, Wilson completed and received the endorsement for the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program from the National Association of Realtor (NAR). The C2EX program empowers Realtors to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to conducting business at the highest standards.
Wilson enjoys the outdoor living Miami offers, he is a physical fitness enthusiast, plays golf, rides his bicycle along the trails in Palmetto Bay and Pinecrest and loves walking in the neighborhood parks.
