Oguz is the best, the most dedicated and the most reliable realtor ever. I have had the pleasure of working with oguz for the past 2 Years for multiple real estate transactions. Oguz has helped me to rent a perfect home last year, and also helped my other friends to live in the house where they enjoy a lot. Most recently I purchase my first home. Everyone says buying a home comes with tons of headache, and it's approved that true. However, Oguz guided me through out the whole process of this transaction, I was working with a lender at first who is not good at all, cheating me and playing me around, wasting my time and energy, never response on time, but after Oguz found out, he helped me get a better lender with the best interest rate that I've never even consider about, he helped me to figure out what's good and bad. And most importantly , he found me the beautiful house what I exactly want. He is very good at getting you perfect locations where you want to be and the price range as well. When I first met Oguz, he told me that he put 100% into his clients because his goal was to create life time clients. I can assure you that he meant every word because I am in fact a lifetime client and I would recommend Oguz to everyone in need of a realtor . Oguz is young, energetic, very passionate, trustworthy, hard working, great negotiation skills and very very patient. He listens to your need and is truthful from the beginning to the end so there are no surprises. He is available whenever you call and he is with you every step of the way. Oguz has all the right connections to help you save money or even make money. I’d be crazy not to call Oguz for my next real estate transaction and you’d be too if you don’t reach out to him.
