I can't say enough about Xavier . He is a phenomenal realtor! I needed to sell a house from out of state. The house was in a trust and involved some difficult family stuff. Xavier took the time to listen and brainstorm ways to make a difficult situation the best it could be. He always had a positive attitude, was always reachable and ready to help any way he could, which was very important since I don't live in California. He has an in-depth knowledge in real estate, he takes great pride in his job and cares about his clients. The house sold the first day on the market thanks to his amazing marketing. He is highly recommended by me.

As a Realtor myself, I understand how emotional the negotiation phase of a home sale can be. I didn’t want to be involved in this scenario when it came time to sell my own home. I know many Realtors but I chose Xavier Flores to represent me. He’s very professional, personable, and responsive. Xavier has been in the business long enough to have been involved in numerous transactions with many of the local agents. He has a good working relationship with them and knows who is detail oriented and who can be counted on to get your transaction closed. This particular sale being that of probate, Xavier worked around the clock ensuring the finalization of the probate while keeping us informed along the way.
