Xavier Suniga

Xavier is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in northern Houston, while also serving clients throughout the Greater Houston Metro area to help fulfill their aspirations. He finds great reward in assisting first-time homebuyers in purchasing the house they will call home, and in helping clients sell their properties—building long-term relationships along the way. Committed to high ethical standards, Xavier guides people through transactions that often represent the most significant financial decisions of their lives.
An electrical engineer and economist by academic training, Xavier is an alumnus of South Dakota State University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He pursued a successful career in the oil, natural gas, and power industries, working for well-known multinational energy companies, before resuming his real estate endeavors by obtaining his Texas license in 2016.
Xavier has held numerous leadership roles, including former Treasurer of Casa Cultural de las Américas; President of XAS Energy & Associates, LLC; former member of the Board of Directors of Sister Cities of Houston; former President of the Association of Ecuadoreans in Houston; and former President of the Houston-Guayaquil Sister City Association. He currently serves as Senior Adviser to the Board of Directors.
