Biography
Originally born in Israel, Judy spent time working in advertising, which is where she first came into contact with the Real Estate market. She was immediately hooked, and upon moving to America after getting married, took a job running the office of a top broker at Keller Williams NYC to continue working in her new passion. After spending time learning from some of the top Real Estate Salespeople in the country at KWNYC, Judy studied for and received her Real Estate Salesperson license, and accepted an offer to work for Realty Teams so she could be closer to her home here in Rockland County, after some time she decided to join Fuerst&Fuerst, Inc. where she excelled and gained a sterling reputation of her own all of which culminated in her coming back home, to Keller Williams Hudson Valley Realty in New City, NY.
Judy's experience in high end commercial real estate has served her invaluably, helping fine tune her expert negotiating skills, and earn the trust of clients from across the spectrum including large businesses, small business, diplomats, and current and future homeowners.
Judy skillfully utilizes what she learnt when getting her BA in Business Administration along with her HR training to achieve a perfect blend of business savvy that is showcased most in her expert negotiating skills. A great listener and a people person, Judy is instantly liked by all parties, which serves her well in the relationship heavy industry that is Real Estate. Her exuberance shines through to her clients; they can clearly tell that she is as invested in the deal as them, and that pleasing the client is her number one priority. In her own words “When I close a deal and get to see that happy face on my client, it makes all the hard work worth it. It really is the best feeling in the world.”
A key factor in Judy’s success to date has been her energetic approach. Her quick response times and affable nature make her a pleasure to deal with, and she aggressively pursues leads on behalf of her clients, never leaving anything sitting on her desk (or on the table!) but ensuring that each client gets the top notch service they have become accustomed to when dealing with Judy.
As someone who truly loves her job, Judy’s passion for real estate shines through to all with whom she interacts. Judy covers every market segment, including new construction, short sales, and foreclosures, from high end commercial real estate sales to short term rentals, and is personally involved every step of the way, listing and preparing properties to ensure maximum visibility and value, creatively marketing to prospective buyers, following up to the fullest on each opportunity, and expertly negotiating every deal to get the best bang for her client’s buck.
In addition to her passion for real estate, Judy enjoys music and art on her downtime, and is an accomplished dancer. She also gives weekly dance classes in a Rockland County studio, choreographing and teaching original dance moves to her clientele of all levels of experience. She lives in Rockland with her husband, Director of Operations at a Pharmaceutical company in Nanuet.
