Yoshiko was born in Denver, Colorado, and moved to the South Bay when she was a toddler. Growing up in Torrance, she developed a deep connection to the community. Yoshiko currently resides in Rancho Palos Verdes with her husband, Will, a Torrance native, their family, and their rescue dog, Cosmo. Her oldest child is a student at UC Santa Cruz, and her youngest attends Ridgecrest Intermediate School. Inspired by her late immigrant father's entrepreneurial spirit and witnessing his hard work for their family since she was little, Yoshiko values hard work and determination.
In her free time, Yoshiko enjoys exploring the diverse culinary scene and supporting small restaurants in the South Bay, believing that good food doesn't have to be fancy.
