Yvette is naturally an assertive, caring, and passionate person which allows her to bring a unique perspective to buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
After 12 years at Amazon, she decided to jump out of the corporate high-tech world. In 2009 she started her real estate investment company rehabbing homes. Quickly assimilating to the business and learning there is a lot of room for improvement in the industry, she became a real estate broker. It was time to provide a genuine outlook of assisting both Buyers and Sellers. After all, real estate is one, if not, the biggest financial decision of somebody’s life! She’s made it her mission to empower her clients with the tools they need to make educated decisions. To Yvette, it’s never been about just “making a deal”; it’s about creating a relationship with her clients that will last for generations.
She moved to Washington in 1992 and has lived in many communities around Puget Sound. Additionally, having a rental portfolio and flipping properties has provided insight into the ebb and flow of the market, knowing what sells, and has allowed her to forge relationships with other industry professionals. Half the battle is knowing who to ask and get a great referral for the client’s needs!
Yvette loves everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer which is why she’s chosen to make this her forever home. She now lives in the beach community of Kirkland and enjoys what nature has to offer daily.
