Zach Marsh

Zach Marsh brings a wealth of business experience to the CART Group, Inc team including commercial construction, client satisfaction, networking, and sales. He currently is operating partner of PRIME Waterproofing & Roofing, as well as invested in two single family residences over his lifetime and his business owns a commercial investment warehouse & office in Downey.

Zach is extremely passionate about real estate, multifamily investments and developments. Growing up in the Southern California area has given him a great advantage over the competition with a vast network to find deals before they hit the market.

He currently lives in the Artcraft Manor neighborhood in Long Beach, CA with his dog Mako.
