Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent over twelve years working in the construction and development industry. I have hands on experience in developing land and selecting material for projects that expand from individual spec houses to large scale development tracks. This includes working with architects, city officials, developers, sub-contractors and investors to ensure projects are completed and all expectations are met. My background has set the tone for my real estate career as a creative thinking, development minded Realtor, who has the ability to negotiate win-win deals.
As a Realtor, I have built a clientele of developers and investors with a wide range of expertise. I have clients who build multi-family infill projects, such as apartments, condos and townhouses, in addition to high-end residential builders, who construct individual homes. Furthermore, I also work with developers that build large tract home, commercial and industrial developments. This wide range of clients requires me to be informed about state and city zoning codes and restrictions, such as the Los Angeles Hillside Ordinance that took effect in 2011, as well as different moratoriums regarding building and water rights in certain counties and cities in California.
Through my knowledge and creativity, I am able to envision what types of projects are best suited for a location. Therefore, I am able to market properties to the right buyers for my listings, allowing me to sell properties quicker and at top value, which greatly benefit the seller. Additionally, I am skilled at selecting the most profitable projects for my buyers, seeing value where others may not.
