A former world-champion sprinter, Zhanna competed in three Olympic Games representing her native Ukraine. Zhanna was the top producer in the Miami Beach office of her former brokerage, the Keyes Company, and one of the top twenty associates out of 4,000 in South Florida. Together with her husband, agent Mark Block, Zhanna had the highest-priced sale of the week in Miami-Dade twice in 2018, as featured in The Real Deal. She has sold properties in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods and buildings in the Miami/Miami Beach area and is known for consistently finding her buyers exceptional investments.
