Buying a house can be stressful and even more in a market where there is more demand than houses listed for sale. This is the time where a good realtor comes into place. Zulma was recommended to us by a family member and after giving her a call she explained to us the whole process from beginning to end of buying a house. Also, answered all our questions with confidence and knowledge. After the first call, we were convinced that Zulma was the perfect realtor to help us find our first house.

She started by sending us houses and taking us to see homes, every time we decided to make an offer to a house she guided us, her turn around with the home contract was super fast. If we saw a house in the afternoon (after 5 PM) she made sure that the offer went out to the seller/agent the same day.

She was able to find the house that best fit our needs, my wife and I, especially my wife who is really picky. Zulma always answered all our phone calls and texts no matter the time. If she was busy she sent us a text mentioning she will call us right back. Her team is excellent too, you can look for your own Broker, Home Inspection, and Home insurance. But definitely, the one recommended by Zulma gave us the best price and excellent service.

If you are in the market to buy a house I personally recommend her, you won't regret it. She is truly the best!
