Condos with views

San Francisco Unified School District
Children can attend schools in the San Francisco Unified School District. Redding Elementary School received a B-plus grade from Niche while Marina Middle School received an A-minus. Galileo High School, rated A, was counted among Niche’s top five standout schools in the Bay Area and was listed in “Newsweek” Magazine’s America’s Top High Schools. The school offers both Academies and Pathways, programs tailored to academic disciplines like engineering and digital communication to give field-focused education. There are also several private school options that are located closer to the downtown area.

The many ways of traveling around the neighborhood
The downtown area is great for pedestrians thanks to its many sidewalks and walkable districts. Several of the downtown streets are long, one-way avenues, while others have bike lanes painted green to visibly mark them for cyclists. Residents can take the subway or catch a ride on San Francisco’s famous cable cars that traverse the steep hilly terrain. When going beyond the neighborhood, drivers have their choice of two major roadways: Interstate-80 and US-101. I-80 runs from San Francisco to Teaneck, New Jersey while US-101 connects to Sausalito and further out to Los Angeles to the south and Tumwater, Washington to the north. When venturing out beyond the city by plane, San Francisco International Airport is about fourteen miles away.
Bike lanes are large and green, very helpful if you like riding through Lower Nob Hill.
