GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Academics are definitely a top priority, college readiness is not only encouraged but integrated into 6-12 curriculum.

I like the small community feel of it. The diversity is very low and it causes the few minorities that there are to leave. It does however do a really good job at preparing students for colleges and informing them about the reality of college.

The administration is horrific. They would not listen to students accused of different things, no matter how outlandish, their teacher scheduling was terrible and left me without a teacher for multiple class periods a trimester, and the anonymous incident report system is extremely easy to manipulate. Bullying is rampant, the teachers barely seem to care. I got into a fight on my third day. Avoid this school at all costs.

BART is a great alternative to the regional district schools, especially for kids who are less interested in sports and more interested in art. The class sizes are small, and the community is very supportive.

teachers are caring and are always looking for new ways to get the kids to get excited about learning.

Love this school. Teachers are caring, committed and talented. When ever there is a problem, the administration is responsive. The focus is on growth and learning. A fresh approach!!
