The teachers involvement with the parent can be a bit better especially if the student is failing or with low grades.

My experience at my high school is its very well educated it shows us what we need to know either in our careers or life some best parts about my school is how the teachers are very helpful and some worst experiences I have is how the school is treated I would like for the school to change

I would like to see my school change by having maybe another building for all the classes that are outside in the portables. If you were to come outside you can see all the wires very close to the portables, and that can be very dangerous if they were to fall. The one major change that I definitely think everyone would agree on, is the bathrooms. The bathrooms are always clogged or never work some doors are broken, and It's always hot in there to the point that it feels like humid almost.

This school has something fundamentally wrong with it. It has to be the worst school in Austin.

Akins, is a good school overall it may not be the best school in AISD. Although the teachers that go here care about their students and help them reach challenges that we face. Provide us with the best education they have, internship opportunities, and the atheltics here are pretty good. Homework wi...
