As to becoming a Senior at South Albany High School there is a lot of great things that come within the opportunity of a valued education. One of the best parts is when the community and student-recognition get together giving value and opportunities to all. As for the worst part is simply the lack of resources that district manages to give.

I went to SAHS all 4 years and I personally had a fine experience. I think that if you didn't take the AVID program, you were not ready for college like those who did take AVID.

My freshman year was really good, I was involved in sports, I went to all the games, dances, you name it and had a blast until COVID. During online I had a hard time staying home because I previously had kept myself super busy and being home away from friends was a struggle. I got good grades but I did not like online school. When we got back it was also a struggle battling hybrid school and I lost a lot of friends but I found my true friends my junior and senior year ending string.

Concerning STEM, I do not see much of a problem at all.South Albany has a nice campus and in in my mind t...

I am proud to be an alum from South Albany High School. I can't say one negative thing about it. Not only the staff, but the students get involved in making sure other students feel comfortable and accepted, and that walls are broken down between cliches as much as possible. This makes it a very pos...
