I am a graduate of DATA and if it weren't for this school and the teachers I would have dropped out entirely. The program for film was out of this world and I had many job opportunities. They helped me excel in every avenue they could even though I was undiagnosed with ADHD and manic depressive disorder at the time.

DATA was the perfect environment for me to develop into a better human. My peers are generally kind, welcoming spirits with little to be lacking in social life,, since the community is so tight-knit. My teachers are understanding and well-versed in acceptance, and are people that have left lasting impacts on me with which I'd like to be friends with for a very long time. I encourage your presence here at this safe, wonderful space. (Not to be cheesy, I just really love it here)

It is not a supportive community for special education students. Warm bodies equal money for charters. They claim they will support students with learning challenges, but not enough is done to help them succeed. You would be better off in public schools.
