Volcano Vista High School is one of the best here in New Mexico, they have so much to offer. The teachers make their classrooms a fun, engaging, and inclusive. The students are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. Volcano also offers a wide variety of extra curricular activities and a tone school spirit.

The best part of my experiences at Volcano were the honors classes. I feel like they taught what I was looking for and they were the right amount of challenging. I especially enjoyed the science and math programs offered at the school. One negative thing about this school is definitely the faculty. I feel like most don't try and build meaningful connections with the students. I've experienced countless teachers who are just there to get the lesson over with and don't really care about the individuals they're teaching.

Volcano vista has gotten me ready for college. You become close to your teachers and they offer a lot of sports. They work with your schedule when it does come to sports.

Student are constantly being harassed in the parking lot and the administration is refusing to do anything! I will never work at Volcano Vista again.

The staff have a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of their students. My child told me about several instances where they were harassed in the school parking lot with no security around and no cameras. The two harassers continued this for several months before I had to pull my child o...

Volcano Vista needs strong administration that will deal with the drug problem on campus. My child can't use a restroom on campus without being offered drugs. Administration is aware this is going on and is doing nothing!
